The Founder
Kim Alaine Rathman, Ph.D., has almost 40 years of experience in fundraising, organizational development and strategic planning. She has a doctorate in Ethics and Public Policy from the cooperative program between the Graduate Theological Union and the University of California, Berkeley, and has worked with numerous nonprofit and educational institutions, including: Call
State LA, Family Connects International (Duke University), KidSpace Children’s Museum, Mount St. Mary’s University, and St. Vincent de Paul. Dr. Rathman also has taught classes in community organizing, nonprofit administration and fundraising, as well as academic courses in ethics, economics and human values.
